Product Description

 

Water-soluble soluble fracturing plug is a brand-new downhole plugging tool developed on the basis of traditional bridge plugs. The patented soluble material, polymer degradation material and high-strength ceramic technology are organically combined to obtain excellent mechanism, solubility and degradation performance in the multi-stage fracturing operation of oil and gas wells.


The main body of the soluble fracturing plug adopts various soluble metal materials, and the rubber adopts polymer degradation materials; the soluble packer has a pressure strength of 70Mpa. According to different working conditions, the soluble packer can customize formulas with different dissolution times to realize automatic unpacking of reservoir blocks in horizontal wells and highly deviated wells.

 

WINGOIL has developed four series of soluble bridge plugs under working temperature (60-80℃, 80-100℃, 100-120℃, 120-150℃), the bridge plug outer diameter is from 95mm to 146mm. All models have been verified by oil and gas well operations, and the success rate is 100%.
