Cream separator
use:Centrifugal separators are used to apply centrifugal force to separate solids from liquids. Separation is given by the sedimentation principle, where centripetal acceleration causes denser particles to move radially outward. Centrifuges guarantee optimum performance in milk processing, which is largely dependent on the quality and temperature of the product.
Function:We use open and closed cream separators to calculate three processes, namely: skimmed, normalized and clarified milk and juice.
