Working Principle of Diesel Engine Jaw Crusher
The motor drives the V-belt and the pulley, and the movable jaw moves periodically through the eccentric shaft. When the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw increases, the movable jaw moves upward to the fixed jaw, and the materials are crushed during this process.
When the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw decreases, the movable jaw moves downward from the fixed jaw under the action of the pull rod and spring, and finally the crushed material is discharged from the discharge port. The movable jaw moves periodically with the movement of the eccentric shaft to continuously crush and discharge the materials entering the crushing cavity.
