PBG coating machine is mainly used in food industry. in principle
Under the action of the rotation of the coating roller, the tablet to be coated moves continuously in the roller. The peristaltic pump delivers the coating medium to the spray gun, which sprays it onto the surface of the tablet to be coated.
In the negative pressure state, the air inlet treatment device provides clean hot air to the tablet bed according to the set procedures and process parameters to dry the tablets.
The hot air is discharged from the outlet air treatment device at the bottom of the tablet, so that the coating medium sprayed on the tablet quickly forms a solid, dense, flat and smooth film, and the coating operation is completed.
