CompanyA 52-year old tradition: Since its inception in 1962, CEP has produced and developed equipment for oenology, specialising, particularly in recent years, in crushing and pressing. The constant passion for the work and the ongoing improvement in the construction of the machines, always following the evolution of the enological literature, have over the decades established the CEP brand both on the national and on the overseas market. Of significance, for example, is the award recognised by the Bordeaux Chamber of Commerce for the vertical hydraulic press Mod SIRIO after having ascertained the excellent quality of the extracted juice as certified by the analysis: this has made the CEP presses even more popular among the best wine producing countries of the world. Following the concept of technological innovation and using highly specialised personnel, CEP has successfully optimised the quality-price ratio, offering customers high performance machines combined with assurance of reliability and hygiene. Simplicity and continuity in what we believe: The philosophy of the company ensures that CEP continues to operate on the path it started on 52 years ago, producing the same basic wine production machinery. By adopting this policy we believe we can better meet the needs of the customer, making the machinery more efficient and easy to use, while maintaining high quality of production. Competition improves us: We firmly believe that increased competition results in a technical and economic improvement for the end customer. This stimulates our company to propose Machinery that is increasingly more efficient and at competitive prices. Our Vision: In future CEP aims to focus all its energies on improving and introducing innovation into its oenological products whilst improving customer service.
