LightCarbon has been specialized in manufacturing of carbon fiber bicycle frame and fork since founded in 2012. Our factory is located in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, China.We have integrated many good resources that are needed for our manufacturing and selling. The chief engineer of our R&D Department was once working in Specialized OE carbon frame factory for more than 8 years. We have similar facility and technologies as Specialized.All of our carbon frames and forks are made of high modulus carbon fiber (Toray T700, T800 and T1000), and they are tested under new ISO4210 standard. In addition, we raise the test standard up to 20% to do stricter testing. We never start mass production until our new products pass all the tests successfully.We offer ODM and OEM service. Our engineers are experienced in 2D and 3D drawing, and they can help customers realize their ideas in the product. We also have experienced graphic designers handling brand image and artworks, ensure high quality painting work for every brand, maximum their brand value.In 2015, we established alliance with YishunBike (pro carbon rim manufacturer and wheel builder in Xiamen City, China) in the way of cross-shareholding. By this way, we are able to supply carbon rim and wheel with same price as them.At present, our production capacity is: carbon frame ---> 2000 sets/monthcarbon fork ---> 3500 pcs/monthcarbon rim ---> 5000 pcs/monthcarbon wheel ---> 1000 pairs/monthWe LightCarbon keep improving ourselves, and try our best to deliver prefect products and service.
