Application:
Vulcanizing press is used for vulcanizing various rubber products, actually it's a heating press equipment. Plate vulcanizing press mainly used for rubber belt, in our practical application, we usually add mold to produce all kinds of rubber and plastic proiducts, like shoes tread, packing ring and so on.
Structure:
The machine consists of oil hydraulic control system, piston, hot plate and PLC control system.
Features:
1.Oil hydraulic control system: it has eight 3kw power motor to make sure the pressure, the valve control the rate of flow and control the piston up and down.
2.Piston: is made of chilled cast iron, the surface added alloy, that makes it more hardness.
3.Hot plate: is made of alloy iron, used nickel-chrome resistance wire to heat the plate, the max working temperature between 300°C and 400°C.
4.PLC control system: the advanced control system compare with common electrical relay.
5.Automatic exhaust system: in production, the air in rubber can't come out only once press, so it need press several times before vulcanizing.
